What should I do if I provided the wrong delivery address for my order?Updated a month ago
If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email. Have your order number and confirmation details ready so we can quickly review your request.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address for you.
If it is already with the courier, we’ll do our best to redirect it. In some cases, the parcel may return to our warehouse before being re-shipped.
