What are your delivery timeframes?

How do I place an order with same-day delivery?
To ensure same-day delivery, please select the "three-hour shipping" option at checkout. This will ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible on the same day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer Same Day, VIP 3-Hour, and Evening Delivery across Sydney Metro. Same Day: Order by 12:00pm for evening delivery. VIP 3-Hour: Order by 2:30pm for delivery within 3 hours. Evening: Order by 2:00pm for after-hours delivery. 👉 Learn more:
How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently offer custom delivery scheduling. However, if you’re in Sydney metro, you can choose Same Day, VIP 3-Hour, or Evening delivery at checkout to receive your order at a time that suits you best.
How are orders packed?
Every order is carefully packed by our Sydney team using protective, recyclable materials where possible. Bottles are secured for safe transport, and fragile items are handled with extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
Yes, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are available for standard shipping only. They are not eligible for Same Day, VIP, Evening, Express, or Overnight services.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. Shipping insurance is available at checkout for $2 per order, covering loss or damage in transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow your order’s progress directly with the courier. If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spa
